VIRTUAL ON-DEMAND: Full-Arch Fixed Provisional and Definitive Prostheses

Proper treatment planning is key to achieving predictable outcomes for clinical treatment of patients with implant-supported full-arch fixed provisional and definitive prostheses. The clinical cases to be presented in this program will include treatment solutions for immediate full-arch restorations and include a step-by-step approach to the fabrication of the provisional as well as the definitive prosthesis. The procedures will be presented and explained, using clinical records, radiographs, models, and photographs. The criteria for selection of materials and technologies, and alternatives, will be discussed as they are relevant to each case. At the completion of each case presentation, the clinical perspective of the treating clinician will be summarized to include: key takeaways from the treatment; a discussion of the most successful aspect of the treatment; and how the same treatment type might be performed differently.

• Identify potential candidates for immediate, full-arch provisional restorations.

• List specific step-by-step protocols for the fabrication of immediate full-arch provisional prostheses following the guidelines for DIEM® 2 and RevitaliZe® Patient Solutions.

• Evaluate clinical parameters such as lip support, phonetics, and aesthetics of provisional prostheses prior to fabrication of definitive prostheses.

• Illustrate the prosthodontic and laboratory procedures for design and fabrication of definitive prostheses.
